OPERADELAWARE is committed to providing the highest quality theater experience for every patron. In order to serve you best, we have established the following procedures. Please consult your group sales representative with any questions you may have for us. Our customers are our highest priority, and we hope you'll come back to OPERADELAWARE year after year.
A 50% deposit is required in order to reserve seats for a performance. This can be made payable in the form of a check or a credit card. Make checks payable to OPERADELAWARE, Inc. The balance must be made 15 business days prior to the performance. If reservations are made less than 30 days in advance of performance date, full payment is required within 5 days of booking. Credit card payment is required at time of purchase for additional seats reserved within one week of the performance.
Refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to performance date. Refund requests must be made in writing and forwarded to the Group Sales Department. Credit vouchers will be issued for downward changes in your final count 15 business days prior to the performance.
Seats will be assigned and tickets issued to the group leader upon receipt of final payment. Additional tickets may be purchased at any time, subject to availability.
If your group cancels before 9:15 a.m. for a matinee performance, or by noon for an evening performance, we will issue a credit voucher that can be used during the same fiscal year's season. No refunds will be made. We desire to accommodate your group as quickly as possible. In the even that your trip is cancelled due to a severe snow storm or school closing on the day of the performance, calling the numbers below within the timeframe specified above will enable us to serve you better.
Reservations are not confirmed until receipt of your deposit, and payment applied toward your booking signifies acceptance of and adherence to all of the policies and procedures of OPERADELAWARE.
